Ios10 support & time out for checking info
The app works not well, and need to support the iOS10 and fix the large screen apple devices, in the meanwhile the app always login out or quite by itself unexpected.Dead pool !
BOC app
Poorly designed app that is user unfriendly, freezes for no reason, etc. The programmers should just be taken out back and shot.Unhappy BOC App User
The worse bank system in the world
I got bank secure key but it doesn't work in USA and my mobile bank doesn't work in US either. I called the bank, they told me in order to make it work I need to go to branch in China to get one with wire one instead wireless one. About my mobile phone app because they updated their bank app so I need to go to the branch in China to get help me with that. In the meantime, I have no idea when am I going back to China so I have no access to my account at all.Show lessColorful Shadow

This app does not have an English version. Serious revisions need to go into the next platform because this is terrible.BillyR___
Make An English Version Please
I'm pretty sure the Chinese Government will censor this review, but please for the sake of your English speaking clients...
