Viewing all twenty-plus model formats is free; only advanced features (such as exploded views and cross-sections) and model format conversion/export come with a fee. You can choose to permanently unlock specific features as needed or subscribe for access to the full suite of functions.

We completely understand your frustration, especially after purchasing the app and finding that your file could not be opened. Could you please let us know the size of the file you were trying to load (how many MB, or GB)? We’d like to better understand the situation and see if we can help. If the app doesn’t meet your needs, you can also request a refund directly through the App Store.
