Very poor support
No tutorial and have no idea how to make this work.
Charged for subscription after cancelling
I’m being charged for a subscription that I cancelled well before renewal.
Doesn’t work
I have an iPhone 16 pro max, this app does not work. Anything I try to scan the same thing occurs. I open the scan, the camera initiates, and says “move the camera to start” I move the camera slow, fast but the scan never initiates. I’ve reached out to support and only hear the sound of crickets.
This does not allow you to make floor plans without scanning a room nor try before you buy.
Wish I could get a refund.
