Great look up tool. Sometimes I just want to look up poses that target specific areas of the body. This app cuts right to the chase and gives me just that.

Solid app that shows me how to do yoga poses and the benefits to my body of each pose! Love it!
Interesting and useful
I like that this app gives you a library of poses that you can rotate around and see the alignment, and I really appreciate the ailments filter where I can look for specific poses for specific issues.
