Poor Quality

I’m very disappointed with the quality of the hoodie I received. One of my main concerns is the use of white thread on a colored hoodie. The stitching is very noticeable and does not complement the color of the garment, which makes the overall product look poorly finished.

I’m also concerned about the difference between the design mockup and the actual product. The mockup creates an expectation of how the finished hoodie will look, but the real product does not appear to match that representation. If there are going to be significant differences in the stitching, colors, placement, or overall appearance, those details should be clearly reflected in the preview before the order is placed.

As a customer, I expect the final product to closely represent the design shown during the ordering process. Unfortunately, the quality and final appearance did not meet my expectations, and I would appreciate an explanation and a reasonable solution to this issue.

No customer service/never received my shirts.

I would think twice before using this app. I crafted the designs on this app and shared the link to my fans and started selling shirts right away. Nobody has received their shirt yet. I ordered one for myself. I haven’t received it either. I’ve emailed the support. I never get a response back. There’s a phone number. It goes right to voicemail. No call. Until I hear back from somebody or I find out that my shirts were received, this app and company is a complete scam. Prove me wrong.

Dope app but…

Either I haven’t figured it out yet or I genuinely can’t do it right now but this app would make crazy money if you could use it to fulfill orders from Shopify yall need to get on that I got some shirts I need made and sold

Honestly the editing and design features are garbage. Super hard to adjust anything and make edits. Limited functionality. Really like way worse than i expected.
