Publishing issues
I am not able to publish my designs here properly or efficiently. I am a TM company and I can’t rely on this application to bring production quality for marketing. I cannot publish my shirts. I have been trying to up load a design for two days. Please fix these issues.
Am I missing something?
The only mockup options I seem to have are oversized tees, Hoodies and caps. No singlets, shorts (or pants of any kind) and no other type of fitting t-shirts? Wish I knew this info sooner, considering my brand is an activewear one

Absolute trash and horrible
This side is absolute trash, even after asking questions and getting answers and convince the sign up for the yearly pro so I can get what I wanted to do system and their app still doesn’t do what it was supposed to do by pacifically what I asked it could do and then they refuse to refund you. It’s an absolute scam. Do not touch its trash.

This app is horrible. I created 7 designs and bought all 7 designs and have not received anything. No confirmation emails no nothing.

Ordered 2 of my designs about a month ago from today and still haven’t received anything or an update on an eta. Says it’s been “printing “ for 23 days
SCAM!! Stole my money
I created a design and placed an order to myself so I can get a physical sample and it’s been a month and STILL nothing in the mail. When I contacted them they just keep sending me in a loop and giving me the run around. Never gave me a tracking number and never once asked if I want a refund. SCAM

Really cool idea. Unfortunately, before you can do anything, it asks you some questions, asks you to review them, and then asks you to pay for a subscription.
All before you even know what the app even offers/what it can do.
Absolutely no respect for that approach and all you guys are doing is hurting yourselves because a lot of reviews look similar.
Definitely change that asap.
Give the customer free range and put the paywall at the end, before anything goes live.
That’s the only way an app like this makes sense.
