Good vacuum, glitchy app
For the first several months I had this I loved it.
Then the app suddenly stopped displaying key information, like my cleaning schedules and home map. These are two key features for me, and if they don’t work right then it won’t meet my needs.
I’ve tried everything: reinstalling the app, checking the vacuum’s firmware, resetting to factory settings and setting up again, running calibration, etc. I even waited a few weeks to see if an update would fix it.
App still not working properly.

Glitchy
A good app when it works. But often it can’t pull up my scheduled cleanings (just a blank page) and the established map (just a blank page). I’ve restarted and deleted and reinstalled and it’s still an ongoing issue. Vacuum is great this far but the app has a lot of work to do to be truly excellent.

It no longer gets stuck after it goes back to the dock to clean the pads after a certain amount of min. Thank you!!!
Great app and great vacuum
Bought their G10 vacuum and it works great. Had a Roomba before and this app is much better with many more options. This is the same company that manufactures the Roomba for iRobot. And they just went bankrupt and were bought out by this 3i company.
