Good vacuum, glitchy app
For the first several months I had this I loved it.
Then the app suddenly stopped displaying key information, like my cleaning schedules and home map. These are two key features for me, and if they don’t work right then it won’t meet my needs.
I’ve tried everything: reinstalling the app, checking the vacuum’s firmware, resetting to factory settings and setting up again, running calibration, etc. I even waited a few weeks to see if an update would fix it.
App still not working properly.

Glitchy
A good app when it works. But often it can’t pull up my scheduled cleanings (just a blank page) and the established map (just a blank page). I’ve restarted and deleted and reinstalled and it’s still an ongoing issue. Vacuum is great this far but the app has a lot of work to do to be truly excellent.

Great app and great vacuum
Bought their G10 vacuum and it works great. Had a Roomba before and this app is much better with many more options. This is the same company that manufactures the Roomba for iRobot. And they just went bankrupt and were bought out by this 3i company.
Update makes this robot useless
It was definitely a 5 star robot and after the update it will get off the dock 1 foot away and sit there and won’t do anything. Please fix!
Simply the best robot vacuum!
In the four months we have had our S10 Ultra, it has cleaned 80,000 square meters - and surpassed every other robot mop/vac in every way. It makes its own distilled water from the humidity in the air. It reduces the mop waste to solid waste and then recovers water from that too. It is easy to maintain. It has fantastic AI. And it is quietly the industry leader. The key is the app. I just wish you would tell us about what you are changing in these updates please!

Good not great, but good enough.
The app does its job. Minor bugs here and there, could be improved (but thats always).

Got this robot for the apartment I just moved into. There is hard flooring everywhere except the bedroom and closets. Easy setup. We added the bottle of soap to the unit. Scanned the QR code to create account for the app and the robot has done everything else. It mixes the soap for the mop water. Vacuums and mops the floors. Carpet is never wet, not even on the edges. Mop roller not only cleans itself the entire time it is mopping, it pushes out your the side so edges aren’t missed. We have had it clean almost everyday wheel removing in and unboxing. Countless items and cords in the way of it working and it has only tangled up once with the rubber backed bathroom mat. The other times it gets itself unstuck from that same bath mat and keeps cleaning. It dehumidifies the air so I haven’t had to add any water and I’m sure at some point I need to do some maintenance as far as cleaning it up. Regardless, I highly recommend this floor cleaning robot. It also takes the water from the dirty mop reservoir and distills it for reuse and the sediment gets dried and put into the dust bag. My only concern is who works on 3i robots when they are in need of service? I don’t mind working on it if I know what to replace and how to do it. But when the time comes who can repair this amazing robot for me cause I don’t have any desire to clean floors the old fashioned way.

App does not work for houses that are not rectangular.
Our home has a number of rooms with walls that are at a 45 degree angle to others. The layout confuses the mapping function of this app, and I had to go through the VERY manual process of attempting to trick it into dividing rectangular rooms into small enough sections to replicate our angles. Unfortunately this week the map was erased and reset without my prompting. Back to the drawing board!

3i is amazing
3i is definitely listening to its customers. All of the issues that I previously noted were promptly corrected. No more translation problems, no issues, updating maps, and Alexa integration works as expected.
Some significant oversights
The app is polished. It is responsible, fast, stable, and intuitive. Navigating through the menus feels natural.
However, there are still a number of localization and language oversights. For example, error pop up messages are in Mandarin only, regardless of the chosen interface language. I had to take a screenshot and use Google Translate to read them. What in other apps is the “account” or “profile” menu, it’s labeled here as “Mine”. The language menu is labeled as “multilingual”, even though you are simply choosing one language for the interface. When editing your map, room names do not allow spaces; therefore, “dining room”, “living room”, or “Alice’s room” are not allowed. You have to type “Alicesroom”.
Yet, my biggest issue is with the lack of integration to Amazon Alexa. An Alexa skill exists and I was able to link my accounts; however, I haven’t been able to link my vacuum to Alexa. It simply won’t find it. This is frustrating as I had gotten used to telling Alexa to start the vacuum as I walked out the door.

Great App for S10 robo vacuum
App is a good start for S10 control, love the animation for robot status. Please incorporate some of the Roborock app options into 3i’s, the control over the map seems quite ridged. But please keep up with the frequent updates the app looks good!
