Can’t even sign in without an error

You can’t even sign in using any of the sign in methods.

Should be able to add previous data.

If you don’t open the app and use it immediately every time you take out/put in, data is all wrong. It would be nice to be able to edit or add data manually. It’s pretty useless to me otherwise.

Please Update!

I wish you were able to add in previous data. Unless you immediately download this app same day as getting your aligners, the timing will always feel a little off. I wanted an app to track my aligner wear time but feel like I’ll just have to do that manually. Please update the app!

Please read reviews!!!

Please fix!

Sketchy terms of service and privacy policy

Requires a social media or Google/Microsoft account login. Privacy policy seems to grant 3M rights to all your content you add through the app.

Display time spent not wearing aligners

I use the app religiously to make sure I’m hitting the 22hr mark daily. I’d rate it higher if it displayed the time spent not wearing my aligners, instead of the other way around (like a stopwatch or countdown). Maybe this says more about my intelligence than the UX, but it feels like mental gymnastics to back it out.

As other reviewers have said, the time zone issue.

Progress video?

It’s be great to have the option to make a progress video.

Needs Social Media Log-in… Why?

Just like many of you, I recently got my aligners and saw that 3M had a tracking app that I could use to track my aligner usage.

I was excited, but, the first screen that comes up is a log-in screen to your SOCIAL MEDIAS. Basically, the app wants you to link and either give your Facebook/Twitter log-in information, or your Google/Microsoft ACCOUNT information. There is NO option to just use your email and make a password for the app. You must use a social media account for log-in.

Why can’t I just make an account with my email in the app itself? Why do I have to log in and give sensitive log-in information to an app that may or may not have the best privacy or cybersecurity infrastructure, especially from all the other reviews I’m reading here. Really sketchy that I can’t just create a 3M account with a dedicated password and username for it.

Don’t waste your time, unless you want 3M to have full control over your Facebook or Twitter account log-in information. Even worse, have access to your Microsoft or Google account.

Ineffective for habit tracking

Any time you cross a time zone, weeks of logged data are distorted, over inflating some dates (greater than 24 hrs use in one day??) and erasing hours on others… after crossing a time zone for instance it appears that every Tuesday I’ve used the app I only logged 16 hrs of wear. There is no way to correct or revert the data. Multiple stats aren’t calculating correctly. The only use this app has is daily tracking, but even the way it measures daily use could be improved (would be way clearer to track time out v. time in). As a habit tracking tool it is useless - you might as well use timers on your phone, which would at least allow you to set reminders and alarms for yourself. Lastly, the social media functionality/reminders are ridiculous - I never known a single person who wants to show off their orthodontic treatment in progress, let alone memorialize it on the internet for everyone they know to see…

Useless

The app is way too buggy and inaccurate to be of any use. The hours per day function goes up to 30+ hours per day, and you cant adjust It. It doesn't correctly log when you brush your teeth. You have to manually change which aligner you are on. After you manually enter data, it doesn’t save it. Don't waste your time with this app. If you want to track your progress, just take a picture every day.

Should not require Social Media Login

Sorry, wanted to use this, but I’m NOT syncing this to any of my social media accounts. I would love to use the capabilities, but I’m not interested in sharing my progress with the rest of the universe. Remove that and I might reconsider. Seriously, worst feature I’ve seen on an app of this nature. This is the FIRST 1 Star review I’ve ever given an app.

Time change

App doesn’t update with the time change. Every daylight savings my times are off. It is now 7am Monday, but I’m still on 17:23 of Sunday. Times bushed has updated though... so it’s showing that for 17:23, I’ve only brushed one time.

Need for manual editing

Sometimes I forget to toggle the in/put switch, and it would be nice to be able to go back and edit the time, especially since it’s always recording one or the other.

Works okay

This is nice to align progress photos and to help you keep track but many times I set the amount of days per tray and when I go to take a progress photo, it tells me I’m back on the same 21 days. Pain because I have to remember now which number day it is when I mark a photo. That’s why I wanted this app, so I don’t have to.

Requires social media sign in

No option to just sign in with an email. Not my thing to connect this kind of personal info to some company that will scrape my FB too. So I deleted it immediately.

Needs improvement

I want to like this app, but two huge issues keep it from being 5 star.
- I’ve hit the 22 hour mark every day but the very first (when I started using the app at 4pm) but it shows I’ve only hit the 22 hour mark once.
- times brushed seems to include the changeover at midnight rather than acknowledging that there was continuity from the day before.

Helpful but needs improvement

Opportunities for improvement:
- the app goes crazy when you cross over to a different time zone, especially going west to east - please fix to ensure accurate tracking
- 22-hour mark tracking feature does not work
- % brushed seems to be calculating incorrectly

Needs some fixes

Good app for building good habits. But tracks how often you brush your teeth before you put your aligners in and seems to ding you if don’t brush at midnight each day. Also tells you how often you achieve your goal of 22 hours a day. Despite having logged 22+ hours for a few days now, it says I have zero days. Would like to see these two issues fixed.
