App is garbage. Uninstalled and reinstalled 3x. Cant reset password. Cant make new account. Cant get ahold of customer support. So I have a $50 fit bit that isn’t functional. Poor purchase, I don’t recommend

I finally got my watch to charge and I can’t log in and I can’t reset my password. When I try to reset my password, I get a notice that the network is unavailable. I’m sorry it useless.

I installed the app on my iPhone 11. App is installed easily however it is not allowing me to complete the app sign up. After filling the form when I click on sign up button, it consistently throws error saying “network is unavailable”.
I installed this app for my watch 3Plus Elite series Lite Activity Tracker fitness watch.

Won't let me even open the app
It says "network unavailable" and I can't even use the app.
Network Error Sign in issue
Very minimalist. Tracks few things such as steps,calories,sleep?, distance. Reminders are limited. It'd be nice to rename your custom reminder rather it just says "custom" to know which its reminder it's referring to. It'd be great if this app also had the ability to sync with Apple health. As of right now the app is having a Network Error and wont sign me in so the watch is kind of useless right now. Hope to see updates with these options soon. Will update review when errors have been fixed & updates applied.

Why can’t I make an account or use the app at all. When I try to make an account it just loads and says network not available but my service and internet is good. I’m trying to set up my device and I can’t without using the app this is very frustrating

I got a 3plus lite and the app no longer lets me log in. I hit login and it just load for a while and then goes back to before I hit login. Same thing when I try to login with apple instead, same thing when I try to make a new account with a different email. I would use the watch without the app, but since it only syncs time when it connects to your phone, it's about 15 hours offset so it will not reset at midnight like you would think.
