Great for tracking Earthquakes and Fires
QuakeFeed has become my go to app for tracking both earthquakes and fires in the USA. An issue I just noticed is that none of the, at least, 18 active volcanos on Iceland are shown on any maps. Today (December 27, 2924) there is active volcanic activity going on in Iceland, yet no active volcanos shown.
It would also be a nice addition if volcanos that were not just listed as active, but were actually show as actively shooting/pouring lava out like the one in Iceland is doing now. Maybe use a different type of marker like a triangle with a spray of fluid coming out of the top.
I really like this App and have been using it for years. I like the additions you have made so far that people have asked for and look forward to future updates. Thanks for providing a good source for education and monitoring of earthquakes (and fires in the USA and Canada)!

Response from developer
Thank you! We’re researching options for worldwide wildfire data.
Was very good now just average
First I want to share that I was always happy with this app. However, recently full screen ads are now popping up completely removing my ability to use my phone so I am forced to just close the app. Considering I can simply use the USGS website without seeing ads of this type I will likely uninstall this app and not use it anymore.
Other issues I’ve seen are features once available (always available) are now only available if you pay for the app. So look, if you’re going to take over my phone for an ad, you need to just give all the features back to be used. I get you want to make some money from your app, we all do, but how you’ve changed your app makes it mostly irritating to use. It’s sad too because other than these issues, I like using your app over most others.

In the know
Very good site and even though we can’t see or know the future,we get a sense of what’s going on with seismic activity
Excellent Application
Preferred choice of application for earthquake notifications
No Notifications
I get all earthquake info except when there’s an earthquake near where I live. Very frustrating app!
Misleading!
This is a free preview only but is not made known before downloading the app
👎Constantly downgrading magnitudes!!!
I have three more apps for Earthquake Monitoring and this app is 10 to 15 minutes late reporting on an earthquake!!!!! And then when it does, the magnitude is always lower than what others are showing! Who do you think you are kidding constantly manipulating data ?! And I have PAID for this app!! 😖
Had it not been the appearance design you would have been rated 1 star.

Good for Emergency services in Prince Rupert BC
I use it to monitor West Coast activity
Interesting and thorough
I have a heightened interest in how the earth moves under our feet after downloading this app. I enjoy its simple reporting and links to maps where earthquakes occur. I am not in an earthquake zone fortunately but I recommend it to anyone who is, so they can track patterns of earthquake occurrences.

Great app
I would give it 5 if it gave a rating for increase/decrease In frequency of quakes in the area you choose
