No privacy
I have been a long time use of Vumber for more than 10 years but today I just discovered for the first time that the entire company, staff technicians, etc. has complete unrestricted access to all of your messages, passwords, images. This to me is shocking but perhaps we now are living in a world with no expectation of privacy. But I am wondering if this is even legal. ????Show lessJust a user 999
Totally useless app
Can’t dial out, it just keeps dialing my Vumber number and I get my voicemail. It’s always been a crummy app, now it’s completely useless.NorthTexasRedHead
Service is okay app is awful
1. Every update makes you log in again and erases your credentials. If you don’t keep them written down you’re out of luck.
2. Will not allow iPhone to store your credentials.
3. Shuts off music anytime you launch it - even if you’re only checking text messages.
4. I’m stuck in BFE without my credentials and I can’t use the app. Why should I keep paying for this service?Show lessGreat service
I have had Vumber for years. It’s basic but reliable. Better than google voice. I love that it is a separate app.
There is good customer support. They always respond in a timely way to questions. Price is more than fair. I really rely on Vumber and allows me to give up my second phone for business.Show lessI’ve had this for several years
The service is becoming unusable. App doesn’t work well, website doesn’t load. They need to get it working soon or I’ll be forced to cancel.Letting this service go
For weeks now the app won’t save my sign in. I’ve had this service for years and it’s worked well. But the past month it’s cost me business b/c it keeps signing me out and then won’t let me sign back in.

I’ve used Vumber for many years. This lousy app is going to run me off. You try to delete things and it signs you out. The app doesn’t let iPhone save the login so when I’m on the fields I don’t have access to it after it goes crazy and signs me out. Time to leave Vumber.Can’t even open this app

Every time I try and load the last number it spools. Over and over. I reported that, I deleted and reloaded the app but no fixes. Call customer service and got attitude.
