  • App Crashing

    I like the service and the options with it, it the darn app keeps crashing, I’ve tried 3 different phones including an iPhone-13 Pro Max brand new out the box! iOS 16…. I am about to cancel my service and go with someone else that has a stable app!

  • Update makes it unusable

    The last update has made it impossible to hear the caller. The app is unusable now. If it’s not fixed quickly I’ll have to port my number to a cell phone.

  • Poor customer service. Not user friendly

    My old voicemail messages keep showing up labeled “today.” I emailed the company about the problem and the response was that they needed more information. All they had to do was look at my account. It’s brand new. I still haven’t been able to get the text messages to work.
    Not very happy. Should have stayed with 8x8.

  • App crashes and hidden fees

    Not recommend, the app keeps crashing and loosing calls plus a lot of hidden fees. I regret using it, just waste of money and time
  • Great Service....Just a couple of Issues....

    I like the service. Seems to work well. Plus I LOVE that the calls are recorded. I’m a Real Estate Investor and 80% of my job is cold calling homeowners. So I love being able to re-listen to each conversation and see what I need to work on.
    However, I do have an issue I would really like to see addressed. Like for instance, when someone calls my Vumber and the call rings on my cell phone it doesn’t tell me that the call is coming from Vumber. So when I see on my cell that I’m getting a call and I don’t recognize the number, I never answer bc I had no idea it was from Vumber. I used to use Sideline and it always told me on the caller ID thst it was a Sideline call and I knew it was a business call. But bc Vumber doesn’t do thst I have potentially lost A LOT of money by not getting these calls. So yeah it would def be nice to see that get fixed. Other then that.....I have no complaints.

  • Service itself works well but the app looks like it’s from 2008

    So as far as making and receiving calls, Vumber has worked really well. No complaints there. It’s the IPhone app that’s the problem. The overall aesthetics are dated and bland, it looks like something coded from 2008. You also can’t search within the SMS’s with is a bit mind boggling to me. If you want to find that text you sent to “Nancy” who you met at the networking event last month, good luck! You’ll have to manually just go digging through your text hoping you find it. Also pictures and links don’t work, just straight text allowed. I would LOVE the service if the app looked better/more modern, you could send pics and I could search!

  • Buggy

    Prevents you from resetting your password so it’s totally useless when your traveling and can’t get to your desktop to find your password. It’s a crummy interface that has mic issues. After a few calls no one can hear you. You have to turn your phone off and on again to get the app to work. That gets annoying if you have to do it every 15 minutes.
