This has good potential. However, it's just not worth it for me.

Terrible support!
I had a simple question... Why do I get "unauthorized" in the upper left corner, next to my name on the keypad. There is no phone support number to call with technical questions. Their FAQ section is pathetic... And I have sent 3 emails to their "technical support". I got one response asking if I was using the app on my phone. DUH!!! Of course I am using it on my phone. They are no help... And I still don't have an answer to my simple question.Show lesssareeves57
