Installed well, got number, able to call but can't receive any calls. When you call the number all it does is ring without An answer without the device ringing (using an ipad). What's the sense can't accept calls?! Kmt! LIVID😡So LIVID!

FYI in order to place or receive calls you have to go to settings/preferences/ look for the section that says prefer wifi -wifi only-or prefer 3G/wifi voice and select that one to get you calls it does use data from plan package if u don't then u can only textJuliepudyfoolfranklucas

The Vumber phone number that was generated for me was someone else's phone number. So when I called it to activate my Vumber phone number, someone answered... And then there's no easy way to contact support. Horrible experience, waste of time.AZX2012
Vumber is fine until I installed iPhone app.
I have sprint, iphone and Vumber. All good for biz in different cities having local #s. UNTIL I INSTALLED APP ON MY IPHONE. VoIP and 3G caused all 19 calls to ghost. Lost all biz for 3 straight days. Tech support like eBay, good luck! Emails emails and wait. Uninstalled app and problems continue. Still not sending any calls to my registered phones. Way too confusing. Vumber says Oh yeah we got some problems. Cool. Stay away for
