Just because I download a background
Just because I downloaded background, doesn’t mean I want to use it everywhere, especially in locations where it wouldn’t make sense. For example, I unlocked a “sunny” palm trees/beach and ocean background that is appropriate for the state of Florida, where I live. Later, I looked for weather for a friend in central Texas. It used this palm trees and water background, even though there literally is no water anywhere nearby. It made no sense at all and looked ridiculous. Can we at least have a choice which backgrounds we want to use for which locations? Some people may not mind if “sunny“ contains palm trees and a beach, even though you are nowhere near a beach, but other people do mind because it is not accurate. if you give us the choice, then we can choose to use them or not in a specific location.
In addition, the widgets are, frankly, disappointing. They are ugly. I was expecting pretty widgets. I want pretty widgets, especially from an app like this, which has all these animations, and can look really nice on the main screen, and yet when you look at the widget, it’s a total nothing burger.Show lessbadkitty_
Please slow down the image loops!
I really do love this app, and I use it as a bedside clock. However, I feel that the images would be more realistic and relaxing if they were slowed down to what they’d be in real-time.
Look at the “cloudy” image loops—have you EVER seen clouds actually move that fast across the sky, apart from being inside an F-5 tornado or Category 5 hurricane? Other than this issue, I enjoy this app. Thank you!Show lessElizabeth Beaudry
Forced to pay premium again
I purchased the original app and paid the one time premium price many years ago and it has always worked flawlessly . Until today I noticed I could no longer make changes in settings and the hourly temps not showing plus when I deleted it and tried to redownload it , I did get same product but now it no longer recognized my premium status so I had to purchase a new plan which is now conveniently annually .. the old one was permanently or lifetime.. so much for that. But if I’m gonna pay again all over it would be nice if it would function properly .
It’s glitchy, sometimes it hesitates or won’t let me look up additional locations . It doesn’t always save changes . I keep deleting the default location in New York but it keeps coming back … UGGGHHHHHHShow lesspdxbodyworx
ANNOYING CHANGES
I have used this app for quite sometime and liked some of the features, but have refused to pay for a subscription as their weather reporting and forecasting is incorrect much of the time.
Additionally, they have recently made changes to force you to purchase their subscription by posting annoying game ads that you cannot click out of. The only way to get rid of the ads is to power off your device. I understand their need to use advertising, however, the childish game ads are obnoxious and I don’t appreciate not being able to click out of them. I have deleted the app from my devices and will be looking elsewhere.Show lessReading In Montana

How many people passed since the beginning of time.
Now the sun is part of our solar system
But the actual thing the sun is full of evil souls
Hot wind soul because the come down from the sun trying to cool off they hang out around the northern part of the earth but when there is many of them hot souls they start melting glaciers and that’s the reason our globe is warming!!!!
And to add to that allot of the people on earth are becoming evil when they pass there soul
Goes to the sun to fuel the sun and warmth to earth.
Solutions the government need to turn to
Religion to Promote peace and forgiveness healing and prayers to cool the soul of people
And that’s what the soul will become the wind

Paid for premium version and it’s about as accurate as Apple weather
Just as wrong as Apple weather. If you look outside and it has been moderately to heavy overcast all day. Overcast enough that you need to turn on lights in the house. WOULD YOU THEN REASONABLY CALL THIS CLEAR SKIES? Nowhere is there a place I could find in this app to report local conditions. That local reporting is what made Dark Sky so accurate. We the users made it top notch. Love the wonderful graphics here and for the most part smooth and easy to read. Wind chill is right up there with the current temperature where it belongs, not on the bottom of page as an afterthought. As I now can take time to play with this without the miserable flashing ads, I find I am enjoying the soothing zen type quality's the imagery provides. It’s really not so far away from the sleekness and ease of use we all loved with Dark Sky. OK IMPALA, let us report our local conditions and you may well becoming the next Dark Sky. The app is accurate and easy enough to use but the ads drive me nuts. You can’t see todays weather without being forced to sit in front of an ad for a few seconds before you have to manually close it out (and it’s not always the same means to close it.) it’s really irritating.Mama's Puppy
Totally obnoxious banner ad
I just downloaded this and already want to delete it after just 2 minutes. The banner ad at the bottom is so glaringly bright and obnoxious, and the brightness controls have no affect on it, so it will always be blindingly bright and in your face. The pop up ads at the top are just as obnoxious. And, worst of all, the weather info is drastically inaccurate! It said it was 40 degrees - it was actually 53 degrees. Worthless. Weather today
I just purchased the premium version literally five minutes ago and it’s the easiest version to look at I’ve had several weather apps before and there was always things I didn’t need on them although I understand many people love lots of details. But for me I just need quick and simple weather for my day and this is it, the only thing is whilst the videos are beautiful to look at it would be 100 percent better if there was sound to them but than again this is a weather app not a relaxation video 🤭still sound would be great.Show less27Sparkle
No Trial
Very disappointed that there isn’t a 30 day trial for premium. Would you purchase a subscription without being able to test to see if you like it? No. Me either. Looks like you have a nice ap going here but without being able to see/experience the rest & being bombarded with adds at every turn; you are getting deleted like all the rest.
