Best app I own
I found out about this app when its creator, Paul Slocum, lectured at my school (bard college). I'm an experimental music major there, and this app has been by far the most used and enjoyed by me, and I haven't even plugged it into my computer yet. The worst thing I can say about this app is that it's so fun to play with that I don't even want to do anything productive with it because it's so much fun to mess around. 10 out of five stars!

Fantastic
Drives my wife crazy, but has everything needed without the expensive mpc cost.

King of Kings and Lord of Sampling Lords
Sir sampleton is fantastic, so much so I gifted it to my friends. Push a button to record, then play it back at different pitches/speeds on a keyboard. Works fine with my Akai Synthstation 25. There's built in drum beats to jam with and enough user memory spots to save a good amount of your sounds. I used to believe in Jesus, but now Sir Sampleton is my personal savior. Blessed are those who have not downloaded his amazing app and yet believe!

An Amazing Little App!
This is my #1 iPhone App. It is the most fun I've had with an iPhone App yet. I recorded my dog's name and then called him with the sampled sound. The silliness

My fave sampler app
I love this app. Very intuitive, and easy to use. Great sound quality and very musical for a sampler, if such a thing can be said.
I'm being greedy when I say the only thing missing is reverse. Any chance? !
Update: I've now been using this sampler for about 6 weeks. I'm still impressed.
Initially, I was a bit dubious about how much value I was going to get from a sampler but this one is the real deal. Would still like a reverse feature though!

Fabulous!
Amazingly simple; simply amazing!
Just one more feature.... maybe 2.
If this app gets a sequencer feature and the ability to import or copy/paste samples from Moog filtatron and similar apps, this will be an unstoppable juggernaut. My 2 favorite music apps are now the Filtatron and sirSampleton. Great job, Mr. Slocum.
Brilliant app! Incredible fidelity, so much fun
The simplicity of this interface belies an incredibly powerful engine. This is a full fledged sample synth that is a must for your studio.
Also the most fun I've had with an app ever. You can now also send samples to friends -- trade to build your library.

Very Cool App
Neat app - like the old Casio sampling mini keyboard. It would be nice if you could export the recorded samples or mix with drum machine to MP3, but it's great as-is already.
