Changes global display settings
Using and then exiting this app causes the screen display to go to the lowest brightness setting. I initially thought I had done that on accident, but I deleted the app, changed my display settings back to the original brightness, then reinstalled this app. Sure enough, after using the app and exiting, my phone’s display went back down to the lowest setting. Permanently deleted until the bug is worked out.Show lessMachine_Ruse
It’s ok.
At first I was surprised of how bright it was. But while using it for a few seconds, I thought that I could just do the same thing on any app that has white. So what’s the point of even having this app. I mean it works but there’s really nothing to it.dhrvnljdqkncfff

Turning on the screen causes the flash to blink on and off once
I prefer using the screen over the flash. The screen’s light is softer and More diffuse.

I was playing softball in my back yard when the ball went on the roof. It was the evening so I had to bring the light on my iPad to go retrieve the ball. When I climbed on roof, I couldn’t get down! Great for when I read at night

Great app, but..
Great app! There is one problem though. Whenever I open the app, my phone says that the app is using the camera. I feel kind of uncomfortable knowing that an app is using my camera without telling me, soooo :/

Hello Zac, MyLight does never show or capture any camera data. Due to the technical structure of iOS, MyLight requires to access the camera software interface to activate the LED flashlight. Unfortunately there is no way around it at the moment, but the app respects the camera privacy settings you choose. If you prefer to restrict camera access for MyLight, you can still use all of the screen light modes.Use it for camera lighting
I found this simple app today. I was looking for a simple camera light that could give me some options for different color and hue. This hit the spot. I would only suggest some simple standard camera lighting options. You could do like a day or night camera light. Then the user cold adjust accordingly to their need.Show lessALS04
