The app gets new features, quick fixes and compatibility updates that is much needed in the iOS developer community.

Doesn't show all artists even when tagged correctly, interface is annoying, tapping a song sometimes plays it and sometimes adds it to a playlist, support is terrible, drops out constantly, doesn't work when computer goes into screen saver mode... Waste of money.deniallator

Simply amazing.
Don't be put off by the goofy app icon, this app is fantastic.
I use it to control a MediaMonkey library of 20k songs and dozens of playlists and it works flawlessly. I tried lots of alternatives, including those that allow you to use the apple remote app to control MediaMonkey. Trust me, this is a LOT more stable and the UI on both iPhone and iPad is pretty slick.
Ideally the app would be even more configurable. So give this developer your cash so that the app keeps getting improved..!!Show lessidonthaveasillyname

I Love the Monkey Head!
Wow what a great way to access your music library and listen while away from computer or like me as a way to run audio in multiple locations in your house by way of a multi room amp without have to schlep back to the computer every time you want to add songs to your playlist, in a word it works slick as monkey ... you know.
fair warning ... when you download and install monkeymote it knows if your music catalog is a mess so spend some time with a music file tagger and clean it up ... took me 5 days ( yeah I have alot of music ) but now it's like I have my own cyberspace music room.
I use monkeymote with Winamp and the reason I gave this App 4 stars and not five are the following
Enque and play button WIPES out all music in your play list VERY annoying and while re queuing is pretty easy (it's a bit frustrating if its a long playlist) it would be nice if that "button" of music death just added the song at the end of the playlist and played it
Also would love to see streaming ability for Winamp with Shoutcast and the ability to stream directly to my iPhone while at home so I can enjoy my music without disturbing everyone in the house.
All in all a great music remote and believe me I am serious about my music and have wasted money on inferior remotes don't waste your money on any other app if your a music head like me this is the oneShow lessIslands Mon!
