Good App
For what I use it for (basic function) works great.
Calculators
This is one of the handiest apps I have found so far.
Disappointing
Rather basic and there are better calculators and units converters with many more conversions available.
What I had hoped it would do was to allow direct conversion of values in the calculator, but you have to leave the calculator and open the converter to use this function. There is no facility to even copy values across from the calculator to the converter or vice versa, so you need to either remember or write down the value and re-enter it in the other package.
On the whole it has less functionality than the calculator and conversion apps that I already use.

iPad Calculator
Very good apps. It loads rapid in my iPad 2. Bright and colorful display. Easy to configure.
Mostly good, some flaws
The straight calculator functions seem to work as expected. I haven't looked at each function but the ones I have checked work just fine. The conversion calculator gives some unexpected results so unless you remember the conversion factor, don't trust the answer it gives. It may be correct or it may not. E.g. 1 cup equals 16 tablespoons, now do the opposite conversion and it says 16 tablespoons equals 10 cups?????? Other conversions give equally invalid results.
They need to work to fix this. When conversions work right, this would be a five star app.

Does what it says but could be so much better, needs more general conversions, currency would be good, electronic, sizes etc

I only use this for simple quoting and invoicing for VAT and such and so far seems to be very good,

It does exactly what I expected it to do. However would have liked to have a currency conversion function included in the converter.

It does exactly what I bought it to do. Be handy and easy to use when I have routine calculations to be done!
