Can only pay with Apple Pay
The only option for payment is Apple Pay. Had to go through the website to use my credit card. So useless to me
Please fix the trip history
Please fix the trip history, every once in a while I have a trip that for some reason will never show up in the app only for me to find out a month later in my statement. This is especially bad and not fair with route relief as when you think you only have 7 trips and you take an extra one for what you think is 8 trips for that month only for your 2 statements to show that you’ve taken 9 trips.

Useless app
I have had nothing but frustration with this app. Sometimes it works and other times it freezes on the Home Screen with no way to get past it. I have uninstalled and reinstalled several times to make sure I have an updated app but when I try to log in, I just get stuck on the Home Screen. Complete FAIL!!

Make it easy like google map with source and destination address instead of entry and exit of 407

The new update removed automatic updates on daily trips. Now it takes 3 days to post. Its July 10, amd there’s no updates since June 21.
App not working
Trips do not get updated after 10+ business days. Back-and-forth email with customer service made me tired.
Forgetting my id
Every time keep asking to login and then verification. Don’t know why it doesn’t remind my user and password

Really? 3 days to process a trip before it shows up with the cost??? (it is 2026)
407 recently changed the app, deleted all past notes !!!!!??? And advised it will now take 3 days before trips take. Are posted in the app with the cost. They advise this delay is to make sure costs are accurate…what are they doing behind the scenes…manual processing???? In today’s work of AI agents doing thing instantaneously, 407 seem determined to stay grounded in the 1980s. Given all the money they make from the most expensive toll route in North America…one would think they could fix the programming. I would fire their consultants and find someone who can actually modernize their processes.

The app is a joke
It shows there’s no vehicles (there are two), no trips (there are plenty). Completely useless.

Notifications were not working then they were and now they aren’t again. Talk about inconsistency.
Vehicle/Transponder
Installed app only to see which transponder of the two we have is associated with each vehicle. No can do.
Rules change every month
This company was offering promotions for toll road usage. I tried to add my EV to my account. This cannot be done in the app. I called in and spoke to an agent. She told me that I should check back on my app after 10 days and the vehicle will be added. Nothing happened.
After 30 days, I called back. The next agent told me that I need to use the vehicle on the toll road and it will be added to my account and I can use the promotion. That’s a bit shaky because, if the vehicle does not qualify for any reason, I would have to pay the full toll fees.
They cannot add the vehicle. I am more likely to use my EV than my 4x4 pickup truck for long trips on the toll road.
They offered a call back to assist further. Unfortunately, the call back will be after the promotions have ended.
It’s a bit of a mess for something that should be fairly simple. I just need to add my EV to my account.
