Why does the site and messages come in only German? I selected English as my primary language, and still get messages in German. I’m new to Germany and still trying to learn the language. There should be an option on all messages to translate. I would really appreciate that.Jman6969696969

The app is good but the fact that only a couple of things are in English and everything else is on German is kind of dumb… even when you select the English version of the app…
I have had mobile plans across the world, US, Korea, Belgium, and Germany Telekom is the only provider that hasn’t figured this out…Show lessGump987

Language will not let me translate most of the information (or even copy it to translate in a different app). I get alerts for additional data and then can not take advantage of the data because the app makes the promo hard to find and will not translate so I know where to find the information. Very little information is translated to the language I choose. If everything would translate OR If could copy and paste the information into an app to find out how to navigate, that would be great.Show lessYomammasmamma

Frustrating
The app seems good, however, it won’t allow me to add my phone service or internet service, so I’m unable to use the app to manage my accounts. Very frustrating.#Mangled
Kind of ridiculous
To call your app something silly like “MeinMagenta” and not have any shortcut for Telekom or Deutsche Telekom anything more normal like that to have the app show up when you start to type in a search. It’s something that is so simple and easy to do. …Why? 😂
(Other than that, the app is also super clunky and bad and doesn’t really display useful data. I’ve taken it to the Telekom store and the employees have been confused as to why it’s malfunctioning and not showing my info correctly.)Show lessBecs1131

Plus I can’t easily just access the number and top up status and balance. Instead I’m bombarded with sales crap and services I neither understand nor need. Magenta moments for example?!? Please just be efficient and focused on one thing the customer wants. A top up plan I. English in Germany. Boom.leeniest
