Not a lot of direction, easy enough to figure out after a few plays. Didn't like then notice that the developer hasn't updated the app and it might slow down my phone.bunzabee
Challenging
Tutorial will not tell you everything. You will stumble especially the diagnosing part. It's easy once you figure it out but you are slightly stressing out a bit since they are waiting on you. You are the only one, with a little help but it's you running around.Lufialunar

Alright Game
It's not that interesting to be honest. It's the same thing every level, no challenge to it at all. You can't go faster to do more people because I think it has a cap for each level. Seats were empty and time still on clock but may capacity stayed at 15. The layout of the hospital stays the same, exactly the same for every level so I don't feel like I'm really going anywhere, they change the graphics but nothing else. Plus to get a pharmacist or other upgrades it involves having a friend download and accept the invite to play this game or liking their Facebook page etc. it honestly got boring for me and I LOVE time management games but this just took the fun out of playing it with their restrictions.Show lessJulielovesac0medy

Great game.... Passes time while waiting on ur car to get finished or something. Tbh it takes a few minutes before u get into it, but once it gets to the fast mode.... It's more enjoyable.Missianne7676

and I don't buy games. If it's got "in-app purchases" on it, I stay away! Why would you buy a game then put more money into it? No thanks. But this game I was able to buy it & finish it without putting more money into it. I loved it! Check before you buy though, because that was a few years ago.
