Fun time management game
Enjoying this game. It's pretty easy to learn yet challenging at the same time. The instructions are pretty vague but you can pretty much figure everything out after a few times. Example...I didn't know that you go tap the machine in the bottom right corner & in a few seconds, it dispenses a pill that will add 1 heart to a patient as long as they are not in line to check out. I quickly learned this but some of their bonuses aren't explained very well, if at all, in the tutorial.Show lessBionicmom

An original take on the ever-popular "time management" genre. Reminds me a lot of the Sally Salon series, where you do not just activate steps, but you participate as well.Kiddtastic

Fun game, but.....
Pop ups come up occasionally (which is fine) asking to invite friends etc. the problem is that it won't let you "X" out of the box so you are stuck until you do what they are asking you do. I just end up completely closing out of the app to make it go away, which is annoying, but otherwise the game is fun.Show lessJennRN35
Be aware ...
Fun, but just as fair warning, even after you buy the upgrade, there are certain items that can only be unlocked by giving them your email address and Facebook friends. I don't mind IAP because those are disclosed up front. What I don't like is paying for a game then having to help with their marketing.Show lessfrandad729
