Amazing!

I love it, I was seriously sweating at 10 minutes. But I think at the end it should show how many calories you burned. ( for us who track our calories .) keep up the good work (: !

Out of shape

Just finished my first 5 minute but simple work out. Didn't realize how out of shape
I am. I had to pause at the end of a couple 30 second exercises to catch my breath.
This is just the quick and simple exercise routine that can get me jump started.

This fits!

This for me has been a real discovery. No problem fitting just 5 mins into a busy schedule, but the difference between 5 mins and nothing is night and day - more alert afterwards than if I'd had a coffee to 'pick me up' and taking about the same time. The other related apps to are worth it - the abdominal ones especially are 'hotel-friendly' when I'm travelling on business.

Quick and effective

It makes it so easy to exercise everyday. I know I can just do 5 or 10 mins here and there and its really helped!

Great Workout

I'm 2 years passed a bad broken ankle/dislocation and crushed foot. After being laid up and recovering for two years I want to get back to exercising. This is perfect because I can work at my own pace. Even long walks are too much for my injury. I re-work some of the exercises because I can't hop or do high impact. I need that instructor to keep me going and this works for me.

Perfect blast!

I am getting ready to join the track team. The only problem is I have bad cardio I am out of breathe in under 5 min. This workout got me out of breathe I am doing the 5 min nightly an will work up to the higher times. I break out in a sweat but that what makes it perfect!

i LOVE this app

GET IT!!! just finished the 7.5 minute workout. I can't stress enough how great it is. it got me sweating which is pretty hard to do considering I do ballet 25 hours a week. do this twice a day + healthy diet and you'll be toned in no time. makes you feel great too not exhausted like you can't walk, tho it's great to do before bed... just get it and I'll stop rambling.

It Works!!!

This workout is full of real, and great excercises tht reallly work for you cardiovascular system! I recommend to use this system before starting your workout to open up your breathing passages and end with a seasonal fruit or nice fresh salad!! It really works!!!
