Good calisthenics
Nice timer for the 30 sec exercise period, voiceover warns of next exercise then you get 3 secs to prepare. Performer is fit and keeps a high pace. Great to have three timeframe options. I enjoyed the workout and was fine repeating the options to get a full twenty minute cardio workout. Coupled with the free ab workout app, it is a great option for my non-run days.

This is a good work-out app. It gives the option of shorter to longer sessions which is helpful. The other health apps are good too.
Just great - and free
I got this to get in shape for a little low key hiking trip. I can tell it will do the trick. I love that it doesn't pretend to be more than it is. Doesn't waste my time with pep talks or warm ups. No music. You could watch tv or listen to music while you go. Just move!
The best, reclaim idle time, reshape to a happy size
The best!!!! Brief exercises I could do at work in my work clothes if comfy or no shoes, the required break times for a full day of work are two 15 min breaks and a thirty, just one five min workout 3 times a week added to my already minimal impact workout? I'm zoo excited!! Can wait to see the result. It is very user friendly.

I love this app! You know you're getting a workout because you feel the burn! This summer I'm trying to get skinny so when I go back to school hopefully everyone will comment on how skinny I am! If you're debating whether to get this app or not, I would get it. It's awesome!!!
Workout for those who don't workout!
This is great--the video shows exactly how to do workout, the time remaining is shown, and the best feature is that you can play your music & on the iphone4, the video & voice instructions talk over the music, so you don't miss a thing. Great app. Not a demanding workout bust enough to get you moving.

Simply Amazing
Best exercise app I've ever downloaded (free or otherwise) It walks you through each exercise, times you, and actually keeps you moving. A great exercise in ten minutes. It even has settings for beginner/intermidiate/advanced, and will verbally tell you to stop. I seriously recomend this.
