Leave a Review iPrioritize
This app is amazing! Helps me prioritise and stay focused
I love using iPrioritize, it helps me stay focused throughout the day and the questions have helped me realise what is most important to get done. The app is so easy to use and takes you through each step of what you need to do; categorising tasks into smaller sections.
On busy days with limited time, the colour priority system has been a clear visual way of knowing what to start with.
This app is a must have!Show lessSimply brilliant
This app makes it so easy to pick which action items to do first and keep me on track for my goals! Before this app I’d been researching project management software that was complicated and time consuming. This is simple and now I never have to guess what my top priority is because when I put in an action item the app prompts me with certain questions that automatically prioritize everything.Instead of worrying about whether I’m going to meet a goal on time, I can stay ahead and be truly productive, not just busy!Show lessGreat productivity app
Really helps you to see what is important and what to focus on. Very helpful!Happinessabounds
Not very useful.Developer Response
Thank you for your comment, however it’s not clear what you were expecting or why you shared that. The app has proven time be very useful by thousands of people, especially when they are stuck not knowing what to prioritise to move forward with an idea or project. Clearly a strategic consultant / mentor can provide more insight but they charge from £100-1000/hr+. The key is to add your goals, then brainstorm the steps, and be objective about answering the 6 questions. Most people are not. The app has helped hundreds of thousands of goals be completed. It also works well when working / collaborating with others and especially with an accountability partner.Good Concept / Bad Programming
The concept of asking questions about tasks to help prioritize them is very useful. And the questions are well designed. Unfortunately the page layout programming is so primitive that the app is almost worthless. Only about 15 characters of a task title are visible at one time. You can only see the first 15 characters or the last 15 characters. Any characters in between are inaccessible. So a week later after you have written the title for a task and you go back to update status goal status you can't figure out what the task titles are.Show lessLoving iPrioritize - essential download
I'm loving iPrioritize. I watch the projects The Simple Idea team work on, as they are always really special. easy and simple but unique perspective and great value for money.
Using this on my iPad is great, it makes it really easy to focus, and track in meetings, and when we do coaching with clients, or work on team goals, I can track them easily, and the tips they give are great (you can take a screenshot and have it as your lock screen).
The colours are easy to understand, and I know it will get more and more useful as I get busy in the new year.
It works really well with Things and GTD, as a different layer of focus, as they say its your GPS for life,
Get it now, you won't regret it.Show lessCan't save steps
When I add a new step on a goal I can't save it or cancel. The app just stays there. Crappy app.Adding steps
Couldn't figure out how to add steps after creating goal.Great Application
