Keeps creating multiple accounts
It keeps creating multiple accounts for the same email. And then fan sale can’t connect to the correct account email and therefore I can’t get my tickets for the showrissakaya123456789
Not accurate event list
The app is missing an event I paid for and there is no way to add it. Very poor design.SwashB
Worst experience
One of the worst experiences in my life. Can’t validate my phone number, so I can’t retrieve my ticket. Support is very slow, one week for a response with no help in it.js8123

Good, but Wallet?
The app is good and purchasing tickets using the seating map function is smooth and easy on a mobile device.
PLEASE bring Germany into the 21st century and add support for the iOS Wallet app. There's nothing easier than being able to load Ticketmaster tickets onto my phone through the Wallet app. It automatically comes up on my home screen when I'm near the venue and makes the entire experience so much more seamless.Show lessOkay, but disappointed
Terrible
Install the app to get tickets for a concert. Every 2 clicks I got connection error. Couldn't do anything. App seems to be all web based, what makes the app itself useless. Having said that, you can simply go to the website and suffer there. No need for this app.Rrkawase
