You have to give away too much information
You have to allow permission to way too much personal information
Bye bye
Loved the app up until the forced login
Let us know when you change your mind on that
Until then, you’re deleted.
Another forced issue is to have to give a star to rate it

Love the app, but quit dinging me
This app is like a smothering girlfriend/boyfriend who won’t stop texting you until you check in with them. Even when you turn off the notifications in your phone settings, the app knows this and tells you to turn it back on every time you open the app. I love Priority Matrix, but I have to rate 1 star in hopes that this gets picked up on someone’s radar back at headquarters. Seriously, guys, cool it with the reminders—I keep them off for a reason. I would give it 5 stars if not for this issue, it really is that annoying.

App
Love it
Lost my to-do’s in a second
Spent my morning planning a busy month, placed priorities, deadlines, completion percentage, etc. And an hour later I reopened the app and everything was gone!
It’s very glitchy
It crashes and is hard to navigate
I want to love it
I really like this app. However, I cannot justify this expense. There are more robust project management tools similarly priced for business. For personal use, this is terribly expensive.
Very Expensive. Not Obvious it Is a Subscription App
I like Priority Matrix but it isn’t worth $150 per year.
The App Store listing does not make it clear that this is a very expensive subscription app.
Wasted a lot of time setting up then deleting an account. Still not sure whether I am going to be charged.
Very dishonest.

Love the app and great support!
I used this app a few years ago and, as life changes, it sat unused for a time. I went back to use it and found the pricing strategy had changed - but a call to support was super helpful...
I‘m using it now on Windows and iOS — a couple weeks in and it has me so much more effective with my time!! (And I‘ve used and use a variety of productivity apps from simple lists to true organizers)
This one provides a visual that I need — and things no longer get lost.
—— Love, Love, Love that i can focus in on a single project with the 4-square visual of all the details.
—— And LOVE that i can switch to the “Master List” or “Calendar” view to know exactly what i should be focusing on at any given point in time.
Other good (and key) features is the ability to customize the quadrant for different projects — my “learning/development” goals are captured one way, my home and work “projects” have a more typical 4-square matrix.
I use this for myself although it’s actually created for team use - i would imagine it’s a great collaboration tool...
Love it!!!

Missing a fundamental
No landscape view is a deal killer for me on a usability basis. Such a simple and seemingly obvious need.
