Read BI anywhere
Love the fact that i don't know have to remember to take the mag with me. Quite often read it on my way somewhere and its great to know i can access it anywhere. Any chance of a latest news app at all?
Not bad
Pictures & articles easy to read & look great, however both the initial loading time & subsequent loading from menu take a long time. This is true even when i downloaded to view offline.
I am comparing speed to other IPad mags such as The Economist, so maybe this is unfair considering how image intensive Boat International is.
If speed was improved, then this would be a 5 star.

Good idea. Terrible bugs
Good idea,well executed and will prove to be a great way to read bi.
But, total rubbish as of now. Keeps crashing. Cannot read more than a few pages without it crashing. Does not remember where you are. Does not go past page 12. Keeps crashing out. Video so slow you cannot watch it.
If they fix the crashing so you can actually read the mag you just bought that would be good. Then work on the delivery speed, it will be great.
The actual execution( how you read format etc) is pretty good. Just get someone who knows how to build apps now please :)

Paying twice!
I thought this would be a great added facility to my long standing subscription (fantastic magazine by the way). However, as soon as I opened it I realised that i was expected to pay for each downloaded magazine, over and above my subscription. That is no good to me as I get the vast majority of the information in my magazine, delivered monthly. I like the idea of being able to read it on the move but that is nowhere near worth paying twice! I have deleted it.
