I love it how I can get different weather out from different parts of the country and it is a recommended part of your survival kit and thank you NOAA for making this excellent app

Finally an app for weather radio stations - and it includes Canadian stations! App is pretty easy to use.

Good maps, but few radio stations.
I like the up to date radar and maps of each area, but some states do not have any working weather radio broadcasts. That is why I gave it 3 stars.
Works… Sorta
Everything I’ve played around with seems to work. Unfortunately, or fortunately, I have not had any severe weather rising to the occasion of alerts, so I haven’t been able put the app to its paces. But my overall impression is favorable. I could consider paying for one of the upgrades perhaps. I like the links within the app to the NWS SPC. I am really happy with the interface: I can move around easily, and it’s. It too cluttered, and it doesn’t try to be fancy for the sake of being so.
However, the weather radio stations closest to me do not come in. The app shows “Connecting,” but it doesn’t connect. The text shows. Many of the other stations come in, but not the ones closest to me. I’d love to give four stars or even five, but I cannot because I cannot connect to a weather station close enough to be to be an effective source of information.
If I could connect to my ‘home’ station, I would be more satisfied. The app is by no means a total bust. It’s just not doing the job for which I purchased it.
