Sharp little app
Nice little app. As they say, it does what it says on the tin.
Not there yet
Should have checked available currencies. Not useful yet but will be once you can: Download a full range of currencies; Have the download date clearly visible within the program; Works offline.
Nice UI, not enough currencies...
Bought this app on advice of 9 to 5 Mac. No Russian, Ukraine or French Franc currencies & no way to add them. No offline mode. Avoid this app.
Falls short
Needs support for more currencies. Offline data is also a necessity. Once that is in place it will be a good choice.

It needs more currencies but the developer said they would come ...
I'm going to India in a few months ,and of course due to roaming fees , I'll only update if/when I get WiFi , so I have set a reminder to enter Rupees before I leave home . The conversion will not be 100% exact but I will have a fairly good idea of what it is ;-))
I have tested and the app stays on the last page opened even if closed and reopened without WiFi or 3G .

Decent idea, well executed
Does exactly what it says; a larger list of currencies would be useful but perfect for me.
Simple, Elegant, Brilliant
First up - this doesn't do maths - if you want that go with the (free) XE app. This app is all about helping you wrap you head around converting currencies in a foreign land - and at that it does a brilliant job. By keeping the list of *denominations* (get it?) fixed in your home country (or, with a simple button press, your destination country, which works better for me) you LEARN to think in the country you're in's currency. It's brilliant. It's also beautiful and minimal - and everywhere you THINK there should be a button - there is.
Finally - ignore if you can the 1-star complainers. The app description clearly states that there are (currently) a limited set of supported currencies, all listed on the dev's site FAQ. (Yen and AUD are there so I'm set) and the dev is ACTIVELY supporting the app via Twitter - it a currency you want isn't here don't low rate, silly - just ASK HIM/HER.

Needs more currencies to be really useful
Nice simple clean UI. But the App really needs a better list of currencies to be truly useful. E.g. no South American countries are supported.

Solid app. Great implementation.
I'm heading to Israel in a few days and this suits me to a 'T'. The interface is simple, which is exactly what I want 90% of the time. Great app. Hoping for more currencies, but they say it's coming. Great job!
No offline support
Nice app, but no offline support. If you are out of the country not knowing how much your bill just cost, the last thing you want to do is pay the *outrageous* data roaming fees to find out..
