Recently I needed help from an ambulance away from home, the ambulance people knew where to find out I was on insulin and also on Coumadin, both medicines can cause a medical emergency. Anyway they looked on my phone and got what they needed to know about me. This app very possibly saved my life. I am so grateful to the developer; thank you!!!❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️

Good App
This app can be a lifesaver but a few enhancements would be beneficial. First, listing medications as single line entries would make it easier to read.
Denoting the emergency contact’s relationship to the individual or listing a preferred order of contact would be good.
Being able to change the order of the medications or being able to sort it would be helpful. I recently had to change my Type II diabetes medication bc of the shortage of in-stock medication and would have liked it to be listed first in the list rather than ending up at the bottom of the large paragraph of medications I am on.
A reminder once or twice a year would be helpful. I hadn’t realized I hadn’t updated my information recently.Show lessGrams0429

I’ve had this app on my phone for years and has never needed it until this past weekend when I was brought to the emergency room unresponsive and unable to tell the doctors anything and the first responders picked up my phone to see if I had this app and they were able to get a whole bunch of information to treat me. I definitely would recommend anybody to having an app like this.

Younger but not older yet
So I have this because I am a 46 yr old widow of 19 years. I had a massive heart attack last year where they got 2 large blood clots from my valves. I am 145 pds and 5’ 7” I honestly has no idea. Then just 2 months ago I lost my only child who was 28 to a motorcycle accident where the driver ran a stop sign and hit my son. In Case of Emergency says it all
Having enough information available quickly in an emergency can save time and your life. In the big picture it is pretty much perfect. The issues with the medications that other reviews mentioned may be valuable. I don’t recall having entry issues with my meds when I changed or added one. It is important to set this as your screen do it can be seen if you are not able to turn it on.Show lessamikg1
Great app for setting up your ICE the Lock Screen
I found that I can type out my medication and the basic information by starting with a (1) at the beginning of the first medication being listed. Keep listing each medication with the same numerical format will make reading the list of medications easier.

Over the hill
This used to be a great app. I’ve had it for years and had no problems. However, I just needed to modify it because I moved and wanted to update my address. It no longer displays the address on the image. And there is no longer any tech support or way to contact the company. It hasn’t been updated since 2017 either.Show lessJay-in-Maryland
Valuable and easy to use
I put this on my Home Screen at the start of the pandemic with many people getting precipitously sick. I feel much more comfortable knowing that key contact numbers are easy to get for me and health care professionals as well as key info on my meds.Leo Lyon
Essential App
I believe the app is vital for anyone/everyone to have on their phone. You can input pertinent information regarding procedures deemed important in a medical emergency. When you get right down to it, the app can save your life and it’s free. Sure it could be improved but I’m happy to have it.
