  • Great Idea for Safety

Just started this app on the recommendation of AARP. Looks like an excellent way for first responders to get critical information quickly in case of an accident. Only took a few minutes to fill in health information needed for the app to be functional for first responders.
  • Have looked for this many years

I previously had an app very similar and loved it. Changing phone brands meant I lost my ICE application. This is the best replacement and contains all the features I need. Thank you for creating this.
  • Great App

A very handy app to have, it came in handy recently when I found myself taking an ambulance ride to the hospital! I do have a couple of issues with it though. It is very hard to read when all the meds are listed in a bunch rather than as line items. Also, adding a new prescription Med with other prescription meds is impossible, at least as far as I can determine. I prefer to keep my prescription meds together and separate from my supplements. The only way I can tell to do this is to delete and start over which would be a complete waste of time and a pain! Otherwise I like having the ability to have all my important medical information in one easy to access place on my home screen.

This app is wonderful for everyone but especially seniors and I e recommended it to everyone I know...all seniors should have this on their phone...even with your phone locked emergency personnel can easily open on a locked phone. Perfect!
  • Raves for this app from medical professionals

My husband strongly recommended this app for me and it has certainly been instrumental in ensuring he doesn’t forget anything when being asked what medicines he’s on or for previous medical issues and surgeries.

Might I suggest to the developers two very important and glaring omissions on this app:

    1) include a print feature (currently, we have to screenshot each screen and drop into a word processing document to print before trips to doctors offices;

    2) make the user account on the app have a sign-on that can be opened on multiple devices so that users don’t have to recreate their entire history when changing devices (recognizing adding a sign-on makes it difficult for emergency personnel to access - maybe a migrate data feature instead?)

  • JUNK

Sorry I purchased the Auto Upgrade. The basic app is maybe a 2 Star. The $0.99 for the Auto Info has minimal info to capture info. It ONLY allows AAA. I have Good Sam’s Roadside Assist. I used the spaces to capture info but the telephone numbers are grayed out and will not allow entry of telephone numbers to quick dial. Nowhere does it say how to enter these telephone numbers. Totally useless. Captures useless Auto Service details then shows them as “not entered” on the details screen. Knowing what I know now I would not waste a buck on this crappy app.

  • Brilliant in its simplicity, but...

This app is brilliant in its simplicity but has a couple of notable flaws/opportunities.

First, not all conditions are critical/high risk. Develop a tiered system to distinguish various health conditions appropriately.

Second, make a widget!!!!!!!!!!!! I applaud the lock screen takeover concept if you want it but a today screen widget would also be welcome so you could display photos/other content of your choice on the lock screen.

  • A MUST HAVE

I’ve been using this app since it first came out. It’s easy to update with no problems. And it is easy for emergency people to get info with out fully opening the phone to get the info. Really, everyone should have this app. And you no longer need to bag all your meds to bring to the doctors too. Excellent app!

  • Handy app at Dr Off

I love this app. When I go to the dr, I show them my information. Or when I’m filling out new patient forms, I can rely on getting my info off my phone. If I have to add something new, no problem. Just hit edit and add the new info. Most of all, it’s free.
  • Updates

This app allows easy updates for individual items. Simply edit as needed, go to camera app, take a picture and update your home screen for EMS or other medical care professionals.
