    Had a small issue getting device magic to load dispatches in order to submit reports…..Dallas Lab supervisor took care of it= helped me with it
    I’m good to go now
  • Needs work

    This application could be and do so much more. The devlopment is slow and clumsy without any innovation. The developers need to try harder. This app often hangs up reports without sending them it dose not take full advantage of the geocache option etc. Right now I’m not a big fan of this app but I have to use it because of the company I work for. Get busy people and make a more better app and utilize the technology that we now have at the tip of our fingers

  • Terrible

    Its a huge safety concern to send people out in the field on constitution jobs without the ability to work. Device magic will not download reports and struggles to far too often. With out the report there is no reason for me to be in the field around all the dangers that are the various jib sites throughout the day.

  • Device magic forms

    System is always freezing up, deleting some of your files and not allowing you to drop locations sometimes.
  • 2 stars for concept

    The concept for the app is great…however the app has never worked right for the past year. Sending in consent crash reports falls of deaf ears. At the end of the month, this creates more work due to the forms (Fire) not working right resulting in more wasted hours.

  • New IOS Issues

    Since updating my iPhone IOS I have had issues where app freezes and stays on Downloading screen and never ends, have to restart app, it happens with certain pictures , bug fix please
  • Powerful App wrong format

    I’ve been trying to make this app work, but it’s more frustrating to me than it’s worth. I can see the potential of the app, but the way it was formatted for Fire Protection inspections, the time to proof read and fix all the doubling up on the same questions, questions that don’t even apply to the work that’s being performed (when there’s not a problem with the system it’ll ask for a severity and pictures). I want to believe by not being able to submit due to errors/unanswered questions is a good thing, but it’s frustrating when the unanswered questions don’t even apply to the work.
    This is a small part of the problems I have found.

  • Finding errors

    Almost impossible to find errors while standing on site. More detail or highlight of the errors is a must. Waisted 15 minutes standing on site trying to figure it out
  • Lucent

    The version 1 is alot better than the version 2. Easier to use and more time efficient. Makes the whole process of an inspection for easier than the other version.
