Failed to send to client. Or client couldn’t see it.
Says it got sent to client but client never found it. Either never sent to client or something else happened. Too many things seem kind of suspicious one being it sent me a message stating there was a new sign in to my account , it that wasn’t me. And if it wasn’t i should call. What so they can get more of my info to store in a place that someone can get to? Maybe if client actually saw the invoice i might not feel this way. Plus i did not realize up front that it is a portal based system where you send links. Some companies don’t allow that for this kind of reason. It seems secure but is it? Who can you trust anymore?

Easy and Free!
I had been using Totals on my Mac for many years. The app makers went out of business a few years ago and, though I knew it would some day stop working, I used it as long as it possibly could. Well this year’s release of MacOS 15 did it—it was finally dead. I searched for a good, free replacement and Zoho is perfect. I even managed to copy the look and feel of my old invoices with the same numbering scheme and everything! I don’t need much, and Zoho perfectly fits the bill.

Significantly improved
The iPad has slowly but steadily been catching up with the website, which still remains the best way to use Zoho Invoice. But the latest changes have made it progressively more useful for doing very specific tasks and, between using the app or going on Safari, is a preferable way to interface with a tablet UI.

Amazing Product Indeed
I have tested almost 5 accounting software for almost two months and decided to choose zoho invoice and definitely zoho books as the need arise. I highly recommend this company for giving small businesses to use free software. Kudos to the team and great company. More power!!!
Simple and easy to use
Enough for what I need regarding invoicing. Not being able to edit contacts after they are saved is a bit frustrating but otherwise a good app.
