Utterly Useless: A Complete Waste of Time
Does the app function? Sure, but what good is that when the app's contents are so utterly inept that it shouldn't even exist? I tried retrieving my refund information, which is now two months overdue, via their browser. No luck there. I called, only to receive the same useless information. Both online and over the phone, I was directed to this app. So, I downloaded it, hoping to get more information on my late refund. What did I find? Absolutely nothing of value. Useless information telling me to wait longer. I can't get ahold of anyone. For all I know, they've lost my return, but this app is so pointless, I can't even verify that. I don’t understand all the negative comments. All this is meant to do you is to let you know when your refund had been accepted and processed. I have used this for several years now, and never have a problem. Maybe some of the negative comments have to do with the user and not the app. Just say’in…yoredhare
Why pay for limited Turbotax?
Turbotax is really limited, and a lot of people didn’t get their returns the past few years. The State of Texas even sued them over all this. Use this app instead. You might even get your tax return. A lot of people are waiting until The 4th of July to file. Maybe that will teach congress not to waste all of our money.Show lessLuckyTraderJ
