I subscribe because I believe in supporting local news; but, I am astounded by the number of grammatical and punctuation errors in this publication. As a society, we’ve really taken a step backwards in the correct usage of our own language, part of a larger entitlement problem. Too hard! Why bother! I expect a serious news outlet to require someone to look for and correct errors that would have gotten you a failing grade in the days before everyone got an “A” just for showing up.
