love this app
This app is my favorite soft videophone to make my VRS calls. For those who are experiencing crash, there is a setting on Dlink routers under "manual Internet setup". Uncheck "advanced dns services". This will stop the crashing. Call ZVRS customer support and they will help you out with this.JaredEv
Finally! Z5 is work no more black screen and no more blur!
I did find out about my old dsl modem with router have problem in bugs will not work with Z5 call any videophone make black screen and blur. I have hold other new dsl modem with router. I did try change other new dsl modem with router test call any videophones finally works no more black screen and no more blur now. New dsl modem with router with ZBOX is work no problem now. I want to say thank to customer care is great technology! Z5 is no problem and love it now. I will give full 5 star for ZVRS. Big Smile!Show lessJon LaRoue
Crash
I try to set up on iPad but it just keep crash over and over. I go through all steps fine. Home page look good & see my list of contacts then it will disappear in front of my eyes and act like I never had account. I had to go through and set up all over but same thing happen again.ELHjr
No longer reliable
This app used to be reliable before the last couple of updates. Now it's pretty much worthless. Keeps crashing, can't receive calls like before, history doesn't appear, etc etcBlwillia

Worse app
This Z4 mobile is worse application ever because of auto login problem. I kept telling ZVRS to fix that issues so looks like they don't care about us. ZVRS should know better that auto login is very important for deaf and hard of hearing people to keep in touch with others. My friends tried to call me but it won't work because of their auto login problem. I suggest you to go for Sorenson Ntouch mobile and it will definitely make you happy for sure.Show lessmrtorres009

I love this application because I'm a hard-of-hearing person. This works tons better than the VP-200 because, as the name suggests, Z4 mobile means that it can be carried out with me anywhere with wi-fi and/or 3G (or 4G in some areas, but don't know if iPad2 works with 4G). It's also great to keep in touch with other deaf and/or HOH (hard-of-hearing) people across the globe. Keep up the GREAT work, developers!
Update: Thank you very much for having this start-up in landscape mode! I enjoy videos and using apps in landscape mode as well! =-D
Edit: I think there's a bug when using the program: When the status says "Network not available" when you first come out of wifi zone and then come back, it won't go back to the previous screen, and then I have to re-install the program. I found out that I lost some contacts after re-installing the program. Please fix this. Thank you!Show lessLink_64

This is one of the best VP apps for my iPhone4! The calls I make on a 3G connection are very clear and it is very dependable. I originally thought I would have a hard time making VP calls on a 3G connection with no wifi but it is perfect! Thanks ZVRS!Great VP App!
