Shouldn't require using email
This MOBILE app requires that you respond to an EMAIL to register your account. FAIL. It should send an SMS message to your MOBILE number, which it also asks for on registering. Because it's a MOBILE app.
Needs a lot of work
1) Even after validating the QR ticket, the app still does a loading refresh every time you need to access the code. This refresh is the worst when you purchase more than one ticket and you have to swipe between QRs to access/exit the stations.
2) At the stations, not all machines will read the QR code properly. That’s an infrastructure issue.
…all in all, skip the app and just tap your credit card to enter/exit the stations. It’s faster.
