Turning tables quicker with better service
We have been using this app for two years now. We have 12 servers each with their own mini. They take multiple orders and never leave the floor. Runners take food to the table. This app allows each server to handle more tables and faster. We have even had two Trip Advisor reviews commenting on how well it's working for us. A real time saver
This app and the ipad mini are just what we needed at our fast paced restaurant.
When we get busy is when we really see how it saves time, errors and helps increase table turns.

Busy bar
We are an old school restaurant/bar that has always been manual so we hesitant about switching to computers at all but we figured if we were going to we might as well go all the way with iPads. Boy are glad we did! We love the ability to take the order/ pay at the table. The nice surprise came when we turned tables faster, income increased and less employees needed. We just purchased the AcclaimPOS system with the iPads for our new restaurant and it is great.
The installation and support went smoothly. We were worried at first but after using the system the staff loves it. Orders are getting to the kitchen and bar smoother which keeps us running smooth.
Took servers a day to get used to not writing orders down. Now they love not having to write anything down and entering it later. It saves them time to do other things.

So now it's been 4 weeks since we have upgraded to these iPad minis and I have to say we are thrilled that we finally made the decision to jump on board. These things are awesome.
