Great app but having problems
I love this app when it works. It's great having the controls right at your fingertips anywhere in the venue. But I've been having problems with the app staying connected to the console. I've installed a dedicated router for the console and it still will loose connection. Also sometime when I connect it won't pull up anything so I have to go into demo mode, then back out and reconnect for everything to work. This happens with not just my iPad and computer but others as well. Great stuff here but needs a little tweaking.
Also it would be great to be able to name the inputs. It's easy to forget what's patched into each channel. Scene recall would be excellent as well.

A Must Have
Stop fooling around with those consoles you can't carry yourself this baby does it all and very well and with this sl remote app you get a virtual mix all the time .. I've been a musician for 40 years and for the first time in my life I'm able to hear what I sound like ////and know I'm tell my engineer THAT'S THE WAY I WANT TO SOUND. LOL !!!!

Missing lots of features
No GR metering, it will drop connection if you switch to another app with wifi enabled, buggy with IOS 4.3 but there is workarounds - no FX control, No tap control, cant name channel strips form the ipad

Great tool
To the last review, i think you are mistaken. The aux masters are computerized controls. To demonstrate this, save a scene on the console, turn down the aux masters, and recall it with aux recall on. The aux masters will recall until you change them just like the faders do. You wont physically see it but they do recall. I've had monitors feed back at setup because of this.
One thing no one has mentioned, although it is a great app, it does not show gain reduction for dynamics processors so you can't see how hard your hitting your thresholds. I'm confident they will fix that in the next release.

Great!
Wonderful app and extremely useful for onstage in-ear mixing. In response to earlier reviews, aux mutes and aux volume control is not possible because the aux outs use analog potentiometers, not digital encoders. But being able to recall scenes and channel presets would be great!

For Ipod Touch 4g
Can Y Make this app for the Ipod Touch 4g, Bescause we have two baords that we can run with the app. It would be cool if the itouch can run and communitcate to it while the speaker is talking. If guys can create it, it would be nice though if you design it.
