No real help option

There’s no way to get to customer support. This is not good service where only option is to book but if we need help there’s no immediate help. Please update your app to include better help options. Thanks!

I don’t understand

Actually I want to get a flight from Islamabad to Newyork jfk airport but when I write the name in origins it didn’t show the results like it just showed that unable to find your location like how even Islamabad International Airport exist but I think so this is an Indian app so is this is only for Indians citizens ??

I assure you that our app is not restricted to Indian citizens and should support searches for international flights, including those from Islamabad International Airport. It seems there might be an issue with the location search functionality. I recommend double-checking the spelling and format of the airport name. If the issue persists, please let us know, and we will investigate further to resolve it.

Fantastic User Experience.

This is an excellent App with fantastic user experience. For example, canceling one leg of a flight and rebooking with another airline will take a long time if done via phone or web. On this App, I was able to accomplish this with just a few button clicks.

Hotel Bookings through Ixigo is a nightmare

I dont want to book hotels through this app anymore. Its terrible n frustrating to show up at hotels and find no service or even booking even though Ixigo gives you confirmation of such bookings.

Very Disappointed

Worst app never book with them I paid extra for my seat and they gave it to another person when i complained they take more than 15 days and the issue still not resolved no reply about the refund or anything

Worst place to book flights

Worst experience ever! Customer support is just not helpful either. They never solve your issue, they don’t help out and instead at the end send you email to cancel flights you’d like but have to pay more than 10k inr as charges! Worst worst worst experience ever!
