Impressed by the accuracy
Such a timesaver, and accurate enough that I don’t really have to worry about it. Not sure how I’d go without it, I’ve tried other apps and I spent hours checking every item individually, as I just couldn’t trust the detected amounts. This is accurate enough that I don’t need to worry about it

Sage accounts and Dext
Please please sort out the issue between Dext and Sage Accounts with customers being able to view the attached pdf version of our scanned invoice wold be exceptional if this side of Dext worked we had no problem with auto entry or in the old version of Sage accounts just when we upgraded Sage accounts

A game changer
After struggling with Hubdoc for two weeks and facing constant issues, I can confidently say it’s not a stable platform. I wasted a lot of time and am so relieved I didn’t roll it out to my staff. Switching to Dext was a game changer. It’s been incredible—Dext remembers passwords, doesn’t kick me out, and integrates seamlessly with Xero. I highly recommend Dext. Save yourself the hassle and avoid Hubdoc altogether!

Excellent program
Easy to use program. Easy to upload invoices, set rules for uploading to my accounting software, splitting invoices nice and easy. Accurate information extraction. Can’t fault it.
Price rise
After being with Receiptbank/Dext for many years I was hit with a significant price rise. As I did not receive the email notification my subscription was automatically renewed with you costs being 75% higher than previous years. I contacted Dext and was told that they could not assist me as I had been notified of price change via email. Most companies would cancel subscription and credit or come to some arrangement but DEXT refused. Not happy.

Poor receipt, capture
At least 50% of all receipts enter digitally through the camera feature do not show up in the application. This is a very high failure rate.
Keeps reminding me to rate the app
Great product but I can’t input my receipts without being bugged to rate the app. I click ‘not now’ and get reminded after every submission.
