Unique and very useful
Despite some of the previous comments, I downloaded this app, and found it to be incredibly useful. I like how I can keep track of all of my equipment, take pics, store the GPS coords, and keep track of maintenance events. Even though there are no inputs specific to filters, etc., I just entered that info in the comments.
I did call Carmel support, and they said they are coming out with an update soon that includes specific filter inputs.

Very Poor
No way to add fields. Has GPS info, but no critical data fields like: refrigerant type, belts/filters. No scroll compressor option, no chilled water, chiller, boiler options. Extremely limited. Would not recommend this program. Better off using a spreadsheet or notepad. Very very disappointed.Jaxter66
Great Tool Lacks Tech Support
The tool works great for keeping track of equipment, but we are unable to sync on two devices. Called support line and also emailed requesting help. This was 4 days ago and still no response from Tech support. 3 Stars only with lack of tech support.DAC 160
