Nice game but bugs need to be fixed
Game keeps hanging when jumping into We Must Perform A Quirkafleeg room.....this is very frustrating as I've been going for hours. Pls fix thisGrego12
A couple of problems i've not been able to figure out
Love the game, had the original on the rubber keys and had days of fun trying to get the elusive items! One problem with this version i have found is that there is no way of getting to the April Showers room or down into the caves. Unless i am missing something this means you cannot complete the game. When i climb the rope from the beach it just returns me to the beach room in the sand (that's when i can actually get the jump right to try and get into the room). Also there is no hole in the floor on the kitchens room to get you down into the caves. If I have missed something, please let me know or fix the bug!Show lessJJGazza

So hokey and old school! I never grew up with the ZX computers. I started out with the sega master system. And yet I did come in contact with old computers. My little kindergarten friends would sometimes have an older brother who had something like this and I totally identify with it! I can tell this is authentic.

Excellent, but cheat mode flawed
Cheat mode switches sprite detection off, and gives infinite lives -making the game much easier! The problem is that you can get stuck in situations where you cannot escape (eg, trapped in a hole you can't jump out of) or continuously falling into a shape that kills you. Is there any way to enhance cheat mode to allow you to restart the screen?
Otherwise, the port is excellent. Keep up the good work. Next? Pajamarama?

....elite thing but until then this is Jet Set Willy for a quid. A small piece of history for a quid. You owe it to yourself and Matthew Smith to get this. Brilliant..........Sabre Wulf next please....everyone's a wally.....the hobbit..........keep it up.....my children don't understand and that's exactly how it should be.

Perfect conversion!
Only question would be for the infinite lives version to be improved so that the character dies and is reset on screen, rather than simply disabling the effect of death! Trying to avoid enemies is more challenging than simply walking straight through them.GBMINI
Superb
The four original bugs from 1984 have been fixed in this version - no more repeated deaths after visiting the attic! This is a spot-on emulation, with the 3 controls able to be customised anywhere on the screen. I've spent hours mastering the rooms and can now get a quarter of the way through a completion run... so I have many more hours to go!
Note that if you buy the ZX Spectrum emulator then you can get this game with 5 others (from March 2011) for the same price.Show lessJonThePymm

Omg it's the exact same as the original in the 80's. I remember my sister and I playing this for hours trying to get past the levels. I used to think it was so hard!
