My annual renewal fee for Skroutz was due to be drawn out of an account I no longer use. There is NO WAY from any media to renew my subscription on time. The app, the website and help page and finally the customer service chat (which an automated one btw) ALL direct me to a page where it outlines the benefits of the subscription, a link to its Ts&Cs, a breakdown of my previous payments, but no link anywhere to renew my subscription on time. No available person to chat as the company telephone only answers with a voicemail which hangs up after a msg. This means they are deliberately cancelling my subscription and the benefits I have amassed over the last 4 years. Unacceptable to give no access to someone who wants to pay on time.
