No contact info

With 3 pages of Help & How to Contact, there actually is no help or contact info.
No phone number(s), useless chat-bot. Be ready to receive a shoddy item with no contact information.
Also pretty useless unless you speak fluent Greek.
Avoid the frustration, avoid Skroutz.

Expensive and slow delivery

I paid subscription and yes I do get delivery discount but still 3 euros minimum per delivery and 3 days each time it’s just too much

Problem with my card

I was not approved for the last purchase on my preferred card. The card company says it is Skroutz that is the problem. Chat does not help. Useless

Διάκριση - Discrimination

Η πλατφόρμα Σκρουτζ έχει κλείσει την επιλογή της αντικαταβολής προς εμένα. Είμαι χρήστης - πελάτης της πλατφόρμας για πάνω από 1,5 χρόνο και επίσης συνδρομητικό μέλος για να γλιτώνω μεταφορικά. Έχω ολοκληρώσει δεκάδες παραγγελίες με την κάθε μια να έχει ελάχιστο ποσό €150 με μέγιστο έχω €750. Τις τελευταίες 3 εβδομάδες προσπαθούσα να βρω διάφορα προϊόντα: από αλυσίδες αλυσοπρίονου, μνήμη RAM, υδρόψυξη για pc και άλλα πολλά και να πληρώσω με αντικαταβολή χωρίς επιτυχία. Όλος τυχαίως ένας φίλος έψαξε επίσης και είδε ότι τα ίδια προϊόντα από τον ίδιο πωλητή ήταν διαθέσιμα για αυτόν με αντικαταβολή αλλά όχι για εμένα. Το κοιτάξαμε ξανά και ξανά, έβαλα 2ο αλλά και 3ο φίλο και είχε το ίδιο αποτέλεσμα…διαθέσιμο-α τα προϊόντα για αντικαταβολή για αυτούς αλλά όχι για εμένα. Ίδια προϊόντα - ίδιος πωλητής - ίδια πόλη. Είχα ήδη επικοινωνήσει με την εξυπηρέτηση πελατών και άκουσα το ψέμα ότι και καλά τα συγκεκριμένα μαγαζιά δεν δέχονται αντικαταβολή. Έφτασα στο σημείο να επικοινωνήσω και με τα μαγαζιά τηλεφωνικώς για να ενημερωθώ γιατί δεν μπορώ να ολοκληρώσω παραγγελία με αντικαταβολή μέσω Σκρουτζ και με είπαν ότι κανονικά θα μπορούσα και δεν ήξεραν τίποτα. Τα μαγαζιά ήταν παραπάνω από εξυπηρετικά να ολοκληρώσουμε την παραγγελία και τηλεφωνικώς για αντικαταβολή. Μετά την εξακρίβωση που έγινε με 3 διαφορετικά άτομα, δεν πρόκειται να αγοράσω πότε ξανά τίποτα από την συγκεκριμένη πλατφόρμα.

Useless unless you read perfect Greek

For the thousands of English-only speakers who reside in Greece this app is useless.
You’d think they’d want more business, but…

Thank you for your review. In order to change the language in the app, you'll need to add two languages to your device settings by following these steps: Settings app → General → Language & Region. In case you want to keep your device language in English and the app in Greek, you can set your preferred language languages in order: English first and Greek underneath. Finally, you'll be able to select either English or Greek in our app.
