  • Pretty good

This app is cool but you can't have your music too loud or you won't hear the beep. Several times I missed the beep and missed when I was supposed to start running or walking. It would be better to use on a treadmill where you can watch screen to see when it's time to switch activity. Still neat tho!!!

  • Frustrating !

I dislike the music interface, doesn't work. The beeps are not distinguishable between walk and jog. The app does not have a way to keep it on. It isn't very loud in voice mode. I have my pod on music and then my phone on the app as loud as it gets and it seems to work for my workouts. Great concept , if worked well.

  • Using it!

I love the concept, but hate when I touch the phone screen by mistake or when I clipping it to my waist and it goes to pause or just close the app. Should be a way to lock it. I had to start all over in many occasions. I resolve the issue of my phone goes to sleep setting my phone to never and so far so good.
For sure this app got me out of the couch and ready to 5k in few months.

  • Great concept

Love it....really has helped me get in shape...not sure if you can cancel a session once you have started it, and I would like to listen to pandora at the same time
  • I like it

It keeps me motivated. Had to switch my iPhone settings so it doesn't go to sleep. The only wish I have is that they would integrate the music settings better. Very easy to hit the wrong button when messing with song selection.
  • Such a let down!

Great concept if they can just tweak a few issues to relieve us from the frustration of using the app. First, fix the issue of the program shutting down when the phone goes into sleep mode! Second, fix the music so that it doesn't start at the beginning when you have to restart the program after it shuts down because the phone went into sleep mode!! Spent more time messing with the app then actually running!

  • Got me moving!

It's not perfect, but it was free. My only request is that you be able to start it and then go out to iTunes or another audio app for music and the timer keeps running. When you do, the timer stops running. I have started listening on another device, but then you lose the little voice telling you when to switch. I have been using it for over a week and really feel like my heart is beating and I'm building up gradually from almost nothing a week ago. I've recommended it.

  • Like the workout- hate the junk

So far the workout has been a great tool. Like the easy to follow guidelines, timers, beeps signaling end of each period. However, music function has not worked since second day. And since I paid for the app, I hate the banner ads wanting me to check out healthcare in my neighborhood, turn my iPad into a shopping mall, or buy tea because Lady A says it's good. There placement covers up the day and week of your workout schedule. Poor design. So for those reasons just a middle of the road rating.

  • Difficult to navigate

I love the idea of the app because it helps me pace myself and build up during runs or else I would run flat out and be worn out in 30 mins. I hate that it can't seem to figure a lot of it out. The app is difficult to navigate and when the phone auto locks it pauses it. Since I am running I don't notice then I have to unpause and I have run for way too long and get off time. Also, how do I look at previous sessions???

  • Good training app!

I really like the pace & the interval training. You don't give up because you know that you get a walking interval.

I don't like that when I switch to another app like MapMyRun or even music, this app will auto-pause & only resumes when you open it back up.
