THERE MUST BE SOMETHING WRONG WHEN THEY TURN OFF THEIR INSTAGRAM COMMENTS. This is the worst experience with customer support and a company I have ever had. I live in the US and rented a bike while I was in Germany. I got an email after that my payment didn't go through even though I see it in my bank. They threaten to take further action if not paid so to avoid a headache I'd rather pay 9 extra euros and be done. BUT there is NO WAY TO PAY. The customer support team rarely replies and only does so with what seems like auto-generated responses. I recommend you DO NOT use. NOT worth it.Show lessAbbie679035

I tried to rent a bike for a one time use. The bikes were not where they were indicated on the map and I never took a ride. I was then charged monthly even though I was only in Germany for a couple of weeks. I had to cancel my credit card or call my bank to reverse the charges every month. Now they are threatening “further measures“. There was no customer service to try to fix this so my only conclusion is that this is a scam or a very poorly run company.Show lessTraveling through time

Unreliable app and support team. Went to visit the Olympic Center and my bike would not unlock because the app didn’t register I had a booking (even though I had just used the bike to get there). I had to walk a very far distance to my hotel.
They do not have a support team you can contact.hanbananc
Be careful Call A Bike hardly works and overcharges
The pause didn’t work so I was charged 10Euro since the bike had been parked outside of a station area. I tried to rent a few more bikes later in the day and the app failed each time - not consistent. Today (2weeks later), I received a 90Euro bill and I haven’t been in Berlin or Germany for 10days, apparently the meter was still running. Denying them via my credit card and will seek a correction on my account. Horrible experience for something that should be simple and enjoyable. Such a scam! Paid over 30 euros for 4 hours!
The app is a completely fail! I took the bike to go around Berlin and every time i tried to pause it was finishing our ride and charging for being out of the zone! Ended paying more than 30 euros in four hours, and the bike was returned in the same place it started in front of check point Charlie.Rrkawase
Beware of an surprise annual contract
The app is not designed well when it comes to renting or setting up an account.
I accidentally became signed up for an annual contract and the support staff had no interest in helping out and were very unsympathetic.

Bikes don’t unlock a locks are stuck, but your rental still runs and you get charged. Use a different company, this one just doesn’t work.Kia149
