The disturbing adds for children
I’ve been saving up gems for a while and even bought a few, but it feels like the game just eats them up so fast. I accidentally spent 49gems to open a new slot, which I didn’t even want, and there was no confirmation to make sure it was intentional. It’s frustrating that there’s no double-check to avoid these accidental purchases, especially after spending so much time and real money collecting gems. The game should really add a confirmation step for spending gems to prevent this from happening. It’s happened twice. I also woke up to a blank wall. And also The pop-up ads in this game are really disturbing. They show scenes of a character having an affair, kicking a mom and baby out of the house, and bringing in a mistress. This storyline is incredibly inappropriate, especially for children and disrespectful to women. Ads like these shouldn’t be featured in a game, as they promote harmful themes. It’s disappointing that the game allows such content. Ads should be family-friendly and avoid these kinds of upsetting narratives.

Honestly this game is really good!
I’ve revisited this game since I was 8 years old and to be honest it’s still a simple, fun, and enjoyable game. But, I was looking through the outfits you can order, and the “Native Girl” clothing set is low key racist. As I said, amazing game, but that is traditional native peoples clothing. It’s not something they wear just to cosplay? You know what I mean? It’s not meant for everyone to wear and take off like it’s nothing. 💀 Anyhow this game is amazing, it’s just as I said lads.

You are ignored when needing help
I don’t recommend this game. Don’t buy gems! I spent quite a lot of money on gems and was keeping them for any new display items that come out. And then mysteriously over 3 days every time I logged on gems were missing! I couldn’t believe it. I’ve sent numerous emails to the support team asking them to check if my account has been hacked or there’s a glitch. All I get back is an automatic response saying they can’t help with missing gems. This isn’t fair to players if you’ve spent money on the game. There should be a warning on this game that if you buy gems they may disappear and you won’t get them back. But of course there’s no warning because they’ll happily take your money!!! The game is very enjoyable but don’t buy gems!!!!!!

False advertising much?
I see you won’t payout gems from watching ads. The X out at the end takes you to the App Store over and over and over again! BUT the ads that pop up when you first enter the game will X out but of course no payout there ! So I’ll be rating you and those apps advertising, every time you pull this stunt instead of fighting with the X out button for a payout!! FIX IT

Bad
Played for nostalgia but too many ads and I tapped and spend gems by accident and tried to get them back by contact support but every ticket which took 5 minutes to do as it’s glitchy to be rejected. Had 31/32 now it’s 7 gems and I didn’t even want it as I was browsing and it’s just a waste. Use to be so good now it’s just sad that all the gems I saved was wasted
